Private Certificate Authority Guarantee: Unlike public or fishy GTPS hosting services that share third-party root certificates, GTPS Node runs our own dedicated Certificate Authority with Path Length Constraint = 0. It is cryptographically restricted exclusively to game gateway hostnames and will never monitor or intercept external websites, banking, or apps.

Method 1: GTPS Node Custom APK

GTPS Node provides its own pre-patched custom APK. It already includes the Android v5.59+ connection fix, custom items, and bypasses certificate pinning so you can play immediately without PowerTunnel or installing root certificates.

Download the APK
Tap the download button above and save GTPS Node.apk to your Android device.

Install the APK
Open the downloaded file and install. If Android prompts, allow installation from this source. (If you receive a signature conflict, uninstall the official Growtopia first, then install this APK).

Launch & Play
Open GTPS Node, enter any GrowID/password (auto-registers if new), and click Connect!

Method 2: PowerTunnel (Official Client)

Install PowerTunnel
Download and install the latest PowerTunnel APK from official GitHub releases:

Configure Host Settings
Open PowerTunnel → tap ☰ Menu → Host Settings → Host list URL. Paste:

Start PowerTunnel & Play
Set Update period to On start, return home, tap START, then launch Growtopia!

Download Certificate Profile
Open this link in Safari:
Safari will say: "This website is trying to download a configuration profile" → tap Allow.

Install Profile in Settings
Open iOS Settings → tap Profile Downloaded near the top (or General → VPN & Device Management) → select GTPS Node Root CA → tap Install.

Enable Full Trust (Crucial!)
Open Settings → General → About → Certificate Trust Settings.
Under "Enable full trust for root certificates", toggle ON for GTPS Node Root CA and tap Continue.
Important: Installing the profile alone is not enough! iOS requires you to manually enable "Full Trust" in Certificate Trust Settings.

Install Surge 5 & Import Profile
Download Surge 5 from the App Store. In Surge 5, go to Default.conf → IMPORT → Download Profile from URL:

Tap SETUP and allow the VPN profile when prompted.

Launch Growtopia
Open the official Growtopia iOS app and tap Play!

Step-by-step certificate and hosts configuration

Install Root Certificate
Download cert.crt → Double-click → Install Certificate... → Local Machine → Place in Trusted Root Certification Authorities → Finish.

Open Hosts File in Notepad as Admin
Open Notepad as Administrator, then open: 
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

Paste Server Entries
Paste these lines at the bottom and press Ctrl + S:

Launch Growtopia
Open Growtopia and click Play!
macOS Connection Guide
Keychain trust and terminal hosts configuration

Download & Add Certificate to Keychain
Download cert.crt. Drag it into the System keychain in the Keychain Access app.

Set Certificate to "Always Trust"
Double-click GTPS Node Root CA → expand Trust → set to Always Trust.

Edit Hosts File via Terminal
Open Terminal and run: 
sudo nano /etc/hosts
Paste:
